HR Advisor
Kompass’s HR Advisor is designed for small businesses and organizations that don’t have an experienced HR professional on staff or that need access to an elevated level of HR expertise and advice when challenging employment issues arise. Kompass offers two options as part of its HR Advisor services:

HR Advisor On Call:
For a flat monthly fee, an organization will be able to consult a senior-level HR professional by phone or virtual meeting to seek advice or to talk through possible ways to handle employee issues that arise. There is no limit to the number of consultation calls per month, though consultations are limited to 1 hour per situation. If additional assistance is needed beyond that time, additional time and/or services can be added at an hourly rate.
This service allows smaller businesses to access the expertise of an HR leader at a fraction of the cost of hiring someone with this knowledge and experience.
HR Advisor Ad Hoc:
This service is designed for businesses or organizations that only need occasional HR advice or expertise. A call or virtual meeting can be scheduled with an experienced HR professional on an hourly-rate basis.

Executive Coaching
